When erecting your Nordic tipi, you use the pole plate as a template in order to easily find the correct positions for the tent pegs. It can be used instead of the cloth template that comes with the tent. The plate also prevents the central pole from sinking into soft ground.

The pole plate is a nice little upgrade. Makes it easier to see the lines for set up and helps stabilize the central pole.

Worth the money, surprised it’s not just included. I would buy another if I lost it. It’s a five if included, gave a three because sold separately.

Bought it to help support the pole on soft ground and the lines are a lot easier to follow rather than the fabric. Would love if it was a metal plate though. But still works great.

I use it to spread the load on softer surfaces. Good quality with nice guide graphics.

This works much better than my fabric with the stitch lines as one fo the lines always seemed to need readjusting after laying out the tipi, also makes a nice holder for the center pole and that way I don't have to hunt down a flat stone for extra support and area. The only thing that could make this better is if it was metal, I would love an Aluminum or Stainless version.
