Product Description

Tentipi’s Nordic tipis are designed to be as flexible as possible. It is also well-known that they withstand stormy weather which destroys other tents. That would not be the case if the canopy was a permanent part of the Nordic tipi.

The canopy is attached to a sleeve above the door and thereby becomes an integrated part of the Nordic tipi and gives rain protection over the door. At the same time, it is easy to remove if it gets too windy.

We have also designed our canopies so they can be used separately as well in different ways.

* As of 2012, all Safir and Zirkon Nordic tipis of sizes 5–9 have a porch sleeve - a velcro-like holder for accessories - placed over the door. There is an adapter available for earlier models and for Onyx.

Amazing Product!

Thank you Tom for the great service providing a great product.
Had my Safir 9 CP set up for 3 weeks on the Alberta Prairies. We had every weather front imaginable roll through. The Canopy 7/9 CP stood up to heavy rain, hail and moderate wind. We did have a storm come through with wind gusts up to 86Km/hour. The canopy was as easy to take down as set up. The Safir 9 weathered the storm without fail. I can’t say enough about how reliable the Tentipi Adventure line is.

Camping with 400 others and I lost track of how many people stopped by and said we had the most inviting set up of all and I give full credit to the canopy. It provided great shade during the day and also held up great in the wind. Will never go camping without it again!
